Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 2 limes, peeled (pith carefully removed, discarded)
  • 2 lemons, peeled (pith carefully removed, discarded)
  • 30ml fresh lime juice
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 600ml cloudy apple juice
  • 750ml mineral water


  1. Slice limes and lemons into segments. Place 1 segment into each cup of a 24-cup ice-cube tray, fill with water and freeze.
  2. Divide citrus ice cubes among 6 tall glasses. Combine juices and mineral water in a large jug, divide among glasses and serve.
