
Ingredients (serves 6)
- 2 limes, peeled (pith carefully removed, discarded)
- 2 lemons, peeled (pith carefully removed, discarded)
- 30ml fresh lime juice
- 30ml fresh lemon juice
- 600ml cloudy apple juice
- 750ml mineral water
Method
- Slice limes and lemons into segments. Place 1 segment into each cup of a 24-cup ice-cube tray, fill with water and freeze.
- Divide citrus ice cubes among 6 tall glasses. Combine juices and mineral water in a large jug, divide among glasses and serve.
