• 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 150mL skim milk or milk of choice
  • 100mL coconut water
  • 1/ frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

Note: for extra nutrition add a handful of baby spinach leaves.
