Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • ½ cup kefir milk or kefir yoghurt
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons of Chia seeds or almond meal


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender
  2. Blend until smooth
