  • 1 pink lady applet
  • 30 grams walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons natural greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


1.Finely grate apple.

2.Roughly chop walnuts.

3. Place all ingredients in container and stir to combine. Leave over night for a more developed taste or eat straight away.
