Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 2 Tbsp. Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 cup skim milk (or other milk)
  • 1 dash honey

Method:

1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
