- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- 1/2 cup mixed berries
- 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
- 4 walnuts chopped
- 1 teaspoon pepitas
- 1 tsp. pure maple syrup (or honey or vanilla essence)
1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl and serve.
Note: if making the night before do not add walnuts or pipitas until serving.
