Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 1 tbsp. shredded coconut
  • 4 walnuts chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pepitas
  • 1 tsp. pure maple syrup (or honey or vanilla essence)

Method:

1. Mix all ingredients together in bowl and serve.

Note: if making the night before do not add walnuts or pipitas until serving.
