This little cup of goodness provides me with one serve of veg and one and a half serves of fruit. Who said meeting your fruit and veg requirements was hard and boring? Not me.
Serves: 1

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 100ml coconut water
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 handful of chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon natural Greek yoghurt


Method:

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
