Ingredients:
- ½ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- ½ cup vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- fruit of choice for topping
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients together and set overnight in refrigerator.
2. Top with fruit of choice before serving.
